Push
Devices that receive notifications: a finished cook timer, a new comment and the other notifications a member keeps on for push, and a test push.
Schedule a push to a device
The push is sent at fireAt to a subscription of the current user, which is 404 otherwise. At most 50 per subscription. Sent once, never retried; one more than an hour late is dropped.

One already sent, another user's or never there is no error and changes nothing.

Store a device's push subscription
The subscription belongs to the calling session and ends with it: signing out, a password change or a reset stops the device's pushes. An endpoint another account had moves to the current user, without that account's alarms. At most 20 per user; an endpoint that is not https on a known push service is 422.
Send a test push to a device
Pushes a test notification in the current user's language to one of their subscriptions, which is 404 otherwise. At most one every 10 seconds per subscription, 429 otherwise.
