Ends every other session of the account; the session making the call stays valid. Refused with 409 while the account has no password: it would have no way left to sign in.
/api/v1/auth/me/notifications PUT
Partial: only the kind and group pairs sent change. Security notices are not kinds and cannot be switched off. A kind, group or channel the account may not have is 422, and then nothing changes.
